Membership questions

Yes. Your relationship manager can register different colleagues for each webinar in your plan.

We tell you at least 24 hours before the start time. You can attend the new date, watch the one-time recording, pick another webinar of equal value, or exchange for on-demand recordings.

Purchases are not refunded in cash. If a refund is approved, it is issued as a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months.

Joining links arrive by email 24 hours before each live session, and in the 247Compliance app. Recordings and transcripts arrive within 48 hours after the session, not counting weekends and federal holidays.
