Cancellation policy

How refunds, rescheduling, your account and your data work at 247Compliance.

The short version
  • Purchases are not refunded in cash. When a refund is approved, you get a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for 12 months.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a webinar, we tell you at least 24 hours before the start time, by phone and email.
  • You then choose: attend the new date, watch the one-time recording, pick another webinar of equal value, or exchange for on-demand recordings.
  • Joining links arrive by email 24 hours before a live session. Recordings and transcripts arrive within 48 hours after it (business days).

At 247compliance.com, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of a webinar. Our commitment is to provide you with flexible options in such situations. Please review our updated policy below.

Webinar Access

Access to Live webinar joining links, Transcriptions, Downloadable recorded sessions, and Webinar slides/Handouts is facilitated through the 247compliance.com app, as specified in the invoice.

Important: 247compliance.com cannot be held responsible if a registrant encounters challenges in gaining access to the purchased material or webinar.

Force Majeure

247compliance.com shall not be liable for any failure, cancelation, reschedule, or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • War & Terrorism
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes & Labor Disputes
  • Speaker Illness
  • Technical Issues

Cancellation or Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Policy

In rare cases of webinar cancellation or rescheduling due to factors beyond our control, attendees will be notified 24 hours before the scheduled start time via call and email.

If a webinar is canceled, it may be rescheduled, and attendees will promptly receive the new date. We also reserve the right to substitute the current webinar with another at a different time, day, or conducted by a different speaker.

Refund/Alternate Options

For Cancellations or Rescheduling, we offer the following options:

  • Attend the same webinar at a newly rescheduled date and/or time.
  • Access the same webinar stream (1-Time Recording) if the new date is inconvenient.
  • Choose a different webinar of equal value at a future date.
  • Exchange for on-demand recordings (past events) totaling the original amount paid.

If a registrant opts for a refund, we can initiate the refund exclusively in the form of a Credit Voucher valid for 12 months, equal to the original amount paid.

Post-Purchase Cancellation

Upon the purchase of any Live Webinar or Webinar-related training material, including but not limited to:

  • Live Session
  • Live + Recorded Session
  • Live + Transcript
  • Live + USB

Important Policy

Please note that 247compliance.com will not entertain refund requests. In rare instances where a refund is deemed appropriate, it will only be initiated in the form of a Credit Voucher. This voucher will be valid for 12 months and will be equivalent to the original amount paid.
