Overview

Millennials are talented, innovative and entrepreneurial, but also highly mobile. This 60-minute webinar on retaining millennials explains why they and other employees stay or leave, and gives practical techniques to keep your best people.

You'll learn how to measure turnover, how compensation, leadership and benefits connect to satisfaction and retention, and how to build a workplace community. The session covers the role of recruiting, interviewing and realistic job previews, stay interviews, better onboarding and seven steps to effective recognition.

You'll also get 135 ideas for reducing turnover, 10 steps toward strong retention and the five components of a retention model.

Why attend: More than 60% of millennials leave their company within three years, and their turnover is higher than any other generation's. They now outnumber Baby Boomers at work, 60% are open to a new job and 36% plan to look within a year. Yet most companies have no focused retention strategy. Millennials prefer to stay when the environment and opportunities are right. This session suits HR, employee development, leaders and anyone responsible for retention.
